Key Responsibilities:
1) Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office
2) Maintain and manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment
3) Handle vendor coordination, quotations, and purchase orders
4) Maintain records, files, and documentation – both physical and digital
5) Manage petty cash and maintain expense records
6) Coordinate with internal departments for facility and admin needs
7) Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and internal communications
8) Support HR with joining formalities, attendance, and basic admin tasks
9) Ensure office premises are clean, organized, and functioning efficiently
10) Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward register
11) Assist with compliance or statutory documentation as required
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and coordination skills
Well-organized, reliable, and proactive
Familiarity with basic office equipment and tools.
